mitsubishi TD05H?

does the exhaust flange on the mitsubishi TD05H turbo match up with the stock ss legacy exhaust?

which subaru has the Tdo5h turbo, is it the wrx, i know that mitsubishi has the tdo5 in the eclipses i know it would be easier to find one of those than an wrx. so the eclipse ones wont fit?

no. it wont fit since the flanges are not the same, and i don't think they have the 90° helbow on the intake side.
i know the TD05 was on STI 1 and STI 2 WRX, was also on other WRX till 96, but for the exact date.. no idea. . you may want to check on the www.scoobynet.co.uk forum

watch out if buying a 1996 Model year WRX Turbo. 96 was a strange year when they switched from using the TD05 to the smaller TD04. Apparently early model year WRX's got the TD05 while Late production ones got the TD04. 93 to 95 most definetly all rex's and STi's had the TD05.

The TD05 on the Ver 1 and maybe Ver 2 had the 90 degree intake permanently casted with the cold section of the turbo.

what bigger turbo will directly bolt on to where the stocker was?

NO turbo directly bolts onto the stock turbo location.
All the wrx turbos will fit onto the exhaust flanges fine, but NONE of them will completely work with the intake side without modification. Only the subaru TD05H will work with the stock intake tubing, however, the outlet of the turbo to the TB will NOT work with the stock turbo to TB tube. That's why if you're gonna get one of those turbos try to get it with the wrx/sti intercooler that matches with it. Makes install a little easier.

so i should only get a tdo5 from a wrx, not an eclipse, because only the wrx exhaust flanges match up to mine?
