well. just installed a JVC head unit in the scooby. still have to replace the antenna and run patch cables and stuff, so its not all done.

plus i have to get a dash kit, cause the cd player is a single din and the scooby has what looks like a double din.

havent had any luck finding any kits for it though. and right now its just sitting in there so it aint pretty.

anyone know where to get one from?

anyone have any pics of theirs? im curious as to what its gonna look like.

I think its 1.5 din.I was looking to get a cd player a few months back and the guy at the shop said its no problem getting parts.you could have a tray or maybe a gauge cluster or just a plate.hope this helps

There was a thread a while back with actual subaru part numbers for larger sized pockets. Do a search in this forum.

on my leg., i cut astrip of plasti to cover up the hole, the plastic piece was aleady black and i super glued it to the front plastic plate, its pretty easy, it doesnt look bad either
