legacycentral bbs

I have the oppertunity to get some slightly used Tein s tech springs for the second generation Legacy. will they fit (with 92+ rear top mounts)? Also are these springs harsh? I dont want to lower the car too much, maybe an inch max and want a still have a good ride quality. Anybody with experience please comment.
