actually, thats not JUST a wrx... that's an STi. the dude who's face is partially cut off by the hood is the owner, hes in the next photo as well, hes an odd duck. Introduced himself to everyone as Fury, and he has purple neons under it.

i have that shock thing too and i never knew what it was for till now.

and maybe its just me but a car that is as fast as that one should be isnt "rice". the neons are questionable but many of the most powerful pavement moving cars have similar hoods and the only thing rice about thoes cars are the suchi the drivers had for lunch.

rice is something that detracts from the look of the vehicle, or negatively affects performance, while adding no performance gains. That hood, does nearly nothing for the performance of the car. It draws unneeded attention, has stupid looking holes all over it, yes, they cool the engine, good for them, if it needed cooling, subaru would have put those vents in there stock. The neons are merely for show, look retarded, reduce the vehicle's practicality(clearance issues) and more importantly, are very illegal to have on.
