waste gate actuator

will the waste gate actuator from the stock legacy turbo work on a td04? a guy is selling one for 160 but it needs a new waste gate actuator. it has the 90 degree inlet so that is why i wanted to get this one. then i would not have to worry about the intercooler piping.
