Will the 2.2 head fit on a 2.5 turbo block

The 2.2 head(s) don't flow that well, putting them on a 2.5 turbo block would not be a good performance match.

I understand that. But would they bolt on. The new short block is around $1300 which I can afford, but not with new heads. And also keeping my heads allows me to keep my injectors and ecu. I have a msd module to regulate boost. If I can mate the two I would like to go that route.

Which way would you go. I have only the block to take off the car this weekend.
My 95 has a air - air intercooler, garrett ball bearing turbo, msd ignition, thiel waste gate, blow off valve, bigger cat back exhaust, psi regulator, and fuel management on my non turbo for over a year. I want more then 8psi.
Since I have 130,000 miles on the car i would rebuild the engine.
I like the thought of the 2.5 turbo using all the other parts from this car. But when you factor in the 14 psi wouldn't the 2.0 turbo block be a better fit due to the size of my current fuel injectors and losey air flow?
Am I right in assuming the 2.0 turbo block will mate to the 2.2 na heads?
Can I use my 2.2 exhaust ducking on these egines.

2.2 n/a heads will fit i imagine turbo ones would too. but you will need to modify the headgasket so the water passages line up correctly. and i dont think it would be that bad of a performance combo as i am about to do this around the end of the month. but it will raise the cr a bit.
