My wife actually got an '03 Cube 5 months ago from a dealer with a 3 month warranty and only moderate mileage, nearly perfect outward condition, fresh inspection and all new fluids. I went with a private sale Forester with kinda high miles thats in somewhat rough shape and had some creaks and rattles, that's probably traded hands quite a few times and I also suspect has been ragged out a bit too. Guess which one is currently sitting in front of the house waiting for me to chase down a crank, no-start problem... Literally every time we buy a non-Subaru I wind up regretting it
