I thought you were gonna tell us you were getting rid of the wagon, and buying a Honda or something! 
So yeah, change your fluid Laurel, and see if that helps. (Dunno which thread you're gonna check first...)

Oh, and it's 99.9% likely it's just low in brake fluid. Top it off and the brake light will go away.
