drop links vs. "c" endlinks

can a sway bar w/droplinks be used w/c endlinks if the lateral links are changed to a style that accepts c links ie. the whitline adjustable parts or simply newer oem parts.
I hope so. I bought some RS lateral bar's, and found out the drop links wont work. So i bought WRX endlinks to use. I havent fitted them yet, but if it fits i'll be sure to post here.
