ok i was like OMG what an idiot a guy was driving a caliver with a TYPE R symbol on it and it was all over it i was like what in the world kind of wanna be ricer is this crap. lol first i was like omg he only bought 2 RIMS and they were in the back and the front had stealies with no cover. he had a muffler on it too i was like omg idiot. then we got to a stop light and he rev his car. i was like dad and my cuz this guy is an idiot. so he started to take off then i was like u shouldnt of done that. anyways when i shifted in second gear he backed off because i just pulled on him lol. thats cool tho i had 3 peeps in the car including me and one is over 200 lbs. (cuz) and a system on and A/C on. isnt that sad i made him look stupid in front of his g/f haha

The A/C compressor shuts off at WOT.

so if i rev the engine to WOT the A/C will go off

If you put the car on the dyno, and do a run with the AC on and a run with the AC off, the numbers will come out the same.

My buddy did it in his SHO. Ran on the dyno with the AC on, and put down exactly the same power as he did with the AC off on the next pull.

thats weird i should try this some day, i guess if u think about it, it should shut off becuase it would create alot of pressure i guess

Yes, the A/C shuts off at WOT. The ECU controls it.

It'll still keep blowing cold air for at least a short while because the evaporator core still acts as a heat sink.

If you listen, you may actually be able to hear it switch off on WOT.

i cant hear much the exhust is kinda loud, but in a good way. deep and thoaty hehe
