Wouldn't hurt.... Do you know when they were last replaced? How much resistance is there when you try to move them around? Are they all loose and nasty? Does it feel like there are any contaminants in there such as dirt?
At the least, if you replaced them they would tighten up your steering a tad. You would have to get an alignment as well, but if you're already getting one, then you might want to go for it.
They might have a good amount of life left in them, but if you're one of those "while i'm in there" people, then I would say depending on how long its been since they have been replaced (if you know), and how they feel when you move them around, you might just want to go ahead and do it. Check your ball joints too...

I think they are original to the car, so they have 189,600 miles on them. I will probally just put it off for a few months, and replace them when I replace the struts and other suspension components...

Just replace them. They're not terribly expensive and take about 10 mins a side to replace. You're replacing struts and stuff, so you're going to get an alignment anyway.
