Hey Guys,
I just picked up some cheap really new rubber (I love bartering ;) )
these tires are 235/60 R15 Cooper Cobra Radial GT's virtually brand new, im wondering if these will fit on a 91 LSI sedan with 15" rims....do ya think they will clear the struts? Anyone have these on now? currently im running Hankook Milage plus 185/65 R15 and KYB GR-2's.

It'll be toight. . . toight like a tiger. . . . eh, never mind.

I'm running 235s on the STi, and from what I hear, 245s are the limit for my car. I suppose part of it would depend on what kind of offset the 15s are. . . placing them either too close to the strut bodies, or too near the fender lip where they'll rub like a mother when you go over bumps.

Guess you could get one mounted and give it a try, though. Or all four, if the overall diameter is different than what you're running right now. (Gotta preserve those diffs.)

well im running a FWD anyway, so i guess i could check out the rubbing on the rear end, maybe roll the fender in a little, i saw a neat little tool made to do it. however im more worried about struts and clearence......

lol at toight......"here take this from me, save me from myself

Oooh, I don't know for sure but that sounds a little wide and tall to me.

Well, it's 2" wider and about 1.5" taller. I'm going to say that it won't work. Some people can't get 225 width to work, and that's without the extra 1.5" too much diameter that you have to deal with.
