Is it possable to use an airbag steering wheel on a non-airbag steering wheel column? Such as a 93 legacy wheel on a 91 legacy wheel? I'm guessing no, right?

Yes, it's possible.

You need to make very sure that you do what's necessary to make sure the airbag doesn't go off, though. I don't know the specifics, but I believe the basic idea is to short together the airbag terminals so that they can't have any potential across them.

couldnt you just blow up the airbag and replace the center part. it's really easy to blow them off, and pretty exciting
