Diagnostic PC

Post by JCNiest5 »

I don't know where to post thread, so here it goes. I need info on how to build a PC for diagnosting or getting ECU code. What equipments do I need besides the PC itself? I have several PCs laying around I can use, but I have no idea where to start. Your assistance will greatly be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I'm building the diagnostic tool itself. I think it's pretty neat that I can actually do it with very little cost. I probably might convert it to some kind of general ECU getters for all types of vehicle if I can.
