Get new springs. $172 for some Tein S-Techs.
Otherwise cut the springs.

pop your tires.
You probably wanna steer away from the stechs because they are a progressive spring and the stock shocks are linear. Good choice to stay away from cutting, there is some tapering of these springs so the diameter wont be the same if you cut, also, the coils are not all the same width and you will load the new fresh cut tip.
Check out the stickied suspension info compendium.
2.5rs springs off nasioc would be a cheap option.
You will need some rubber things and some nuts and some top mounts too- this might be more expensive than you think. Be aware that the rear springs are different in 90-91 and 92-94 models.

ya i know the differences, i worked at a subaru wrecking yard here in seattle for a while and know quite a bit about bodystyles and such, just nothing about the interchangability of springs.

You work at Aarons? What's a Ti?

i used to work at aarons, my last day was last thursday so i would have a week to pack for college.
a Ti was the outdoor wagon, the airsuspension gives you a 4inch lift for offroading, full skid plates, different interior, side decals etc etc.

It really has skid plates? If so, could you take some pictures of the undercarriage?

if you're dropping it while you're still in town, I'd love to lend a hand or if it's not too much hassle, at least get a look at the air suspension setup

wrx springs will fit... bu the spring rates are different, because the wrx is a lighter car, and definitely doesnt way as much in back. Dunno how it'd look. You could TRY it.
