1989 FWD 5MT Legacy DL Suspension upgrade

Would it be possible to swap in the larger diameter sway bar off the turbo legacy?Any predictions on how it will affect handling/performance?
Would there be any advantage in swapping in the suspension assembly off a 1989 RS legacy.
I am looking to kill some of teh chronic body roll this car has and also its insane bouncing
