CAI filter & MAF sensor on EJ22 - how to trick the senso

Hi!
My first post here.... I'm from Slovenia (Europe, 1 hour from Venice, Vienna,...), i have 1990 2.2 legacy wagon (EJ22), 250.000 km, Ranger edition (USA i believe), still works like Swiss clock
210Km/h top speed
after long nights of reading this great posts, i still didn't get any direct answer on - how to solve CAI intake & MAF sensor problem... i read lots of post here... got some info on cobbtuning.com (http://www.cobbtuning.com/tech/airflow/index.html);
the question is: how to mount CAI without damageing MAF? (turbilent flow etc...)...
can i espect any power increase (cca. 10HP???)....
