My tranny is going out and I found a new one for a good price but they say they don't know the miles (Bull $hit). I'm in Colorado and the tranny is in IL so I can't go look at it. All the guy could give me was the VIN off the car. I don't have any clue how to get the miles except for a carfax report.

If anyone can help it will be much appreciated.

I'll assume that first "8" is a "B."

The last entry in the CARFAX report is from 3 June, 2003, when it had 107,000 miles on it when inspected in Chicago. On 28 February, 2004, it was issued a rebuilt title. It was apparently sold and titled at least once after that.
