Is there no such thing as customer service anymore?

( I am going to rant for a moment, so have a minute to spare)
OK, I got around to putting some of the performace stuff on the car after it sitting around in the garage. Unlike most people, I don't have a 9-5 Job. I work various hours, on call, and I am far away from home. So I normally save up for projects and do multiple stuff at once.
So I order H&R springs for the car, AGX's and STI top mounts. Hell, I figure that its best to do it all at once. So I finally get a few days off to do the work. I get out the boxes and look at the struts. Right parts. I get the top mounts. Right parts. I get the springs. DAMN BOX SAYS WRX! OK, frustration sets in because I know they won't fit, and it's saturday ( can't call the shop where I got them).
On Monday I call the shop and inform them that legacy does not equal WRX. They say Ok, we will drop ship the parts to you asap.
I call on Wednesday and ask WTF is up? Then I am told should be there in a few days. Well, I now have to drop the car off at my mechanic's because I have to go back to work. So Now I am out funds. Its Friday, and I called to inquire if the parts came in yet. NOPE.
Why do businesses not care anymore about customer satisfaction? When they mess up, it should be fixed ASAP. IF I ordered the wrong parts or told them the wrong thing, then I would expect normal delays.
My fault= no hurry
Shop mess up( should equal) sorry and we will get it to you within three days.
So, when I get back into town in a few weeks, I owe my mechanic some pizza, beer and whatever the job cost to do. Which is what I am out because someone thought WRX = Legacy.
Support education in the schools. bekuz peeple shood knot hav problms reeding WRX and Legacy on bockes!
