Rear Handle and mounting bracket for a wagon

:?

I recently took apart my wagon's rear hatch to try and figure out why it isn't working. Well, sure enough, the plastic handle broke off of the metal rod which opens the door, and, sure enough, when I took the handle off, the little mounting bracket for it was soooooo rusted that I was almost able to bend it totally in half (double it over itself).

Sooo, as you can probably tell, I'm in need of a new bracket AND a new handle if I want to open my trunk again...

Anyone happen to know the part numbers for these two parts, or know where I could find the part numbers?

Thanks a lot guys

I replaced my handle for like $12 at the dealer. They all go eventually unless maybe you diligintly spray it with some kind of protectant.

yea, I did see Steve's post, but didn't you see my post that I need the handle AND the mounting bracket?

Unless I misunderstood your post Steve and you got both for 12 bucks, in which case I stand corrected. But it seems like you only got the plastic part for 12 bucks, I need the metal part it mounts too as well

I believe it's two nuts on the inside ... hm ... eh forget it. Yeah, pull the panel and they should be pretty easy.

yea, you pop off the inner plastic panel, remove the two nuts a couple inches under the washer motor, take the metal rod off of the handle, and tada! Wicked easy.

Thanks a lot for your help guys, I'm heading down to my dealer tomorrow.
