Change the IRC network

Lets change the irc network to NOT be efnet, efnet has been nothing but shit. The two i recommend, and use 24/7 are irc.nullirc.net, and irc.pizzle.org

Efnet is ghey, but at least its known. The #subaru channel there is packed as well.
I recommend Dal.net but only cause i like using more than 8 alphanumeric characters in my name.

I've been out of IRC forever, and have no idea what server we changed to... Did we decide on something?

freenode.net is quite reliable.. efnet actualy it's all that carppy more, its like they got their act together or something.
