ok, off boost a ej22t is a just low CR motor. what boost level will equal the hp levels of a ej22?
2 psi?
also if the HP is equal w/the torque be higher?

I go by that every psi = .07% of stock hp. Low compression engines result in lower percent and higher compression engines result in a higher percentage obviously, but .07 is a good average.

Depends on the type of turbo and intercooler (if used) that are supplying the boost.
