Well, I finished the dechroming and painting the stockers last night so I thought I'd toss up some craptacular pictures. Next "mods" include: finding a antenna motor that works, redoing the tint.

The de-chromed trim looks nice with those black wheels. I absolutly can't wait for it to snow here. I hope the DC area gets alot this winter.

Looks hot all dechromed. How many coats of paint did you use on the wheels?

I used 2 coats of semi gloss black engine enamel (Don't flame me, it has a self primer:-P), then 2 coats of clear coat to boot.

hmm... I been contemplating a set of stockers.. that and lowering, should make me ride pretty clean... nice job, J-MoNeY. What went wrong with the tint, there?

We are supposed to get OWNED this winter. I can't wait!

I LOVE it when it's cold and snowy.

I need to remove my O2 Sensor and turn down the boost for "winter mode".

It looks like the window tinter put on dyed film rather than semi-metallic film. Dyed film turns purple from the UV rays bleaching out the yellow color in the film. Then the adhesive starts letting go = bubbles in film. Some tinters or tint shops will have a sale but don't tell you that they'll be installing dyed film. Worse than that, others will promise to install semi-metallic film but install the dyed film. I don't think very highly of those kind of tinters or shops.
