How would I get 300hp or atleast 13.5 quarter mile out of a legacy turbo.

Also how far could I get before not passing emissions.

what engine managment stuff do you gy recamend a link or piggy back stuff.

I'm not sure about your state, but Massachusetts stops checking emissions after 15 years and my cars a 1990 and they go by even years, so I only have one more test next year and...

Intercooler,bigger turbo,turbo-back exhaust,bigger injectors,bigger fuel pump,boost controller and gauges,upgraded ignition,utec or something similar,upgraded clutch (to handle the power), and i'm sure other little things.
