odd boost/rpm problem

Okay let me give you a rundown on what my setup is here.
95 Legacy L
WRX IC, WRX turbo, Emanage, Stock Injectors, stainless steel oil line, oil drain to pan, NGK iridium plugs, new OE wires, synthetic oil, auto tranny, greddy bov to atmosphere, autometer boost, egt, and oil pressure guages.

My problem is this....
When I hit the gas to 50% throttle it sometimes will rev fine up past 3500rpms, and I hit boost, it pulls good, and feels smooth.

But most of the times, I do the same 50% throttle and let the auto shift on its own as always, the rpms dont move, and my car bogs, so I have to let off the gas and let the tranny shift.

I am hitting 2-3psi just cruising, and have only managed to hit 5psi a few times, it felt good to that much, but I had to brake suddenly.

I have checked the wires, and plugs, they are fine. All my vacuum lines feel fine, at idle I hit about 19-20psi vacuum. I heard maybe to much fuel or a dirty pcv or fuel filter.

Had a check engine light for MAF, so i reset my ECU due to bad battery terminals, no cel light since, even when hitting boost.

What your all thoughts?

Could be purely mechanical, and it's just that the torque converter isn't locking. Or it could be some problem with the TCU.

well I fixwd the driving problem, I can rev and drive fine now. It was a bad airflow map on my emanage.
Now all that is left to fix is the idling. I am reading 19psi instead of 21psi, so I have a leak somewhere I guess.
Thanks though
