I was thinking of putting "starbug" on my license plate, but then I realized that the car's not green.

Then, instead of paying attention in math, i thought i could do "starbus" but it's kinda cheesy too.

anywhoodles, love red dwarf, art got me seasons 1-4 for christmas, and we've been banging out a few episodes every few nights. It's nice. :)

Smegheads.

I love that show... and I've got the opening and "Tongue Tied" on my iPod. Good stuff!

British comedy rocks. The cat's my favorite character. =^-^=

"Rimmeh, you can touch things!"
"I know; why do you think I was late!?"

WOW. I can't believe you guys like that! AWESOME! I have all the RD marathons from public television taped on VHS, so I think I have the majority of the seasons, at least up to 7 and 8. After that, I never got around to watching it again.. fun to know that you're all geeks, too!
Anyone hear of the RD movie that's suppsed to be in the works?

i've heard of the movie. My dad used to tape them all on kcts9, and occasionally we'd spend all day watching old episodes. But my brother lent the last half of our collection to a friend, and I dont have a vcr for the rest, so i'm pretty much SOL

You want to hear geek? I thought this would be about collapsed stars. Maybe its because of a guy I know who's got a PHD in astrophysics.

idk, the show's pretty geeky. I've never heard of someone admitting to watching it who wasn't a geek.

Ha, that show's awesome. Are those plates available? I'm imagining a 74 Vega or a 60’s Volvo driving around with something like that on the plates.

I enjoyed it, and I haven't owned a television since 92. It was always interesting with each episode to see what plot they could come up with. I mean, how many stories could there be about a human, cat, and some computers and machines alone in space?

As far as I know, two; Red Dwarf and Star Trek TNG. Okay, so TNG was a bunch of humans, a cat, and some computers and machines not-so-alone in space...

Yep, I'm a geek. XD

Gotta say I made the jump from Nerd to Geek. I learned binary.
And I liked it.
I love red dwarf also, probably seen every episode, most of which twice.
Can't wait for the movie, whenever they start it.

Check out http://www.reddwarf.co.uk/ for more info and some reminiscing.

Hmmm, I've never even heard of this show and I've been geekin' it since I was a wee lad.
