Headlight Adjustment

I searched, I read the owners manual pdf, how the hell do I adjust my headlights vertically. I found the screws to do it horizontally, but can't figure out how to point them up more, I can't see at night

My '93 has a screw on each side of the back of the bulb. One is for horizontal adustment, the other one for vertical. If the vertical adjustment screw doesn't work then it can a bunch of reasons why it's not working. BTW, your lights look like they were installed properly by your car's pic.

You need to make sure that you're adjusting them correctly. Sounds like you just want them pointing higher. If they are already adjusted properly you shouldn't bother them. I don't know how the 92-94 lights are setup but I "think" they have a bubble leveler right? If so just park it on a level surface, load the driver seat with about as much as you weigh (or if you frequently drive with others load that weight up too), make sure you have at least a 1/4 of a tank of gas, and that the tires are at the right pressure. Give the car a little bounce to resettle the suspension. Then level the bubble. That's it.

it's pointing too low. I was just wondering where the adjustments were made. I now know that one of the 2 screws does it vertically, and one horizontally, thanks

Those bubble levels don't always work right for some reason. And aiming by feel isn't really a good idea since it's not consistent.
With 92-94 lights you're best off aiming them visually. The "corner" of the cutoff should be aimed horizontally so that it's directly ahead of the headlamp center at all distances, and the left-hand cutoff should be aimed vertically so that it's 55 millimeters below the lamp center at 25 feet.

vrg, you're correct about the bubble indicators not working properly. I had to aim mine manually. IIRC, if I went by the bubble indicators, my lights were too low and to the left. They provide so much more illumination now that I've aimed them manually.
Laurel, YW. Glad you can get your lights up higher now so you can see better.
