Well the moon roof on my 92 Legacy turbo is leaking, and I don’t have the time to fix it. I am also away at college and don’t have a garage, so I am limited on options.
I had the bright idea to just get a water proof car cover, but didn’t know exactly where to look. I found a one that might work, but the web site does not say which years it is offered for.
Any ideas on good water proof car covers that are below 100 bucks?
This is the one I found

I've got one of their covers. They're custom for your car. Fit is superb, and there are different materials, depending on what you want.
I got the noah fabric

It was $202 with shipping.

I used a Tarp when my CRX one leaked. It still got a little damp, but not bad

Tape around the roof, and cover with tarp.

outdoor car covers are humidity tents that cause the car to rust rapidly in any wet climate. Worse than nothing.

Which is the reason I got the cover I did....the material breathes and let's moisture out, but is water resistant/proof. However if it deluges for days, there will probably be some water that seaps through.

no doubt the Evolution 4 cover fabric or whatever it is is much better than plastic, but it does let through a lot of moisture in my experience, plus water simply runs under the car and sets up the humidity tent anyway.
If I had the leaky roof and didn't care about using it, I would seal it closed with color electrical tape, double-wide. If I wanted to use it still, I'd make a small plastic sling that covers the roof portion of the car only. five bucks.
