what special tools needed to take out/install auto tranny94

Can someone provide me a list of any special tools I will need to take out a automatic tranny and put a used one back in. 94 Legacy Turbo Wagon automatic.
Helpful hints and do's and don't would be nice. I know I will need a tranny jack, but what else.
Also, anybody around Denver who can do this at a low price? I can spend some money to have someone do it if the price is right, otherwise i will take a stab at it. Not in a hurry, but I will get the tranny in a few weeks, so want to be prepared.
