I havea brand new Hks f-con pro for sale w/ harness. It is a timing, fuel, and ignition piggyback ecu. It plugs into the turbo legacy ecu, but lack of local hks tuners forces me to sell. make an offer.
Here's the PICS guys!

You need the HKS tuning software though?
So you can't tune it yourself then? Nevermind.

I looked into it, you would need to use a HKS tuner box that looks kind of like a SAFC II. It lists on the HKS website for $475. You might be able to find one cheaper if you look around. With that you would be able to tune it yourself, and the tuner isn't needed for it to work, just to tune it.
It looks like a cool bit with maps for fuel and timing that use load and RPM. You could also ask any local tuners if they could work with it.
Just some info I came up with hope it helps someone.

You can send it to hks america and they can preset some basic setting for you, but the control unit is needed to to play with it your self, but it does have some buttoms for manual adjustments but the book they give you that tells you how to use the product is in Japanese

. My friend who races solo 2 class rallycross acutully just called hks and they helped him get a base map by using the manual adjustments, but you need a wide ban o2 sensor and an accurate air/fuel gauge. I hope this info will help who ever is interested. pics soon

So does it take a wbO2 input for target AFR? Or you just need it to tune?

How are you sure this will plug-and-play with a USDM Legacy Turbo ECU? For one thing, our ECU's have 4 plugs, not 3 lik that thing has.
Let me know.

The version 2 sti has 4 plugs aswell. The connector that is missing has the same pinouts for both ecu's I do believe. I think a bigger issue is the switch from waste-spark to coil on plug.
What is the unit that you need to tune this yourself called specifically?
