Re-built axle; what's included?

Hi,
We have a 1990 Legacy wagon that is beginning to need some attention.
I have found answers here to many of my questions. At times I've felt a great (demented?) sense of kinship when reading other's exploits that so closely match my own: e.g., replacing or adjusting anything will often cause the hesitation problem to be prematurely declared "fixed".
I have a long list of questions I would like to ask; however I have a few I need to deal with now.
I am replacing a front axle assembly because of a torn boot and clicking.
I've read several informative cvj /axle posts here but I still have a few questions:
Cvaxles.com (for example) offers a "re-manufactured Constant Velocity Axle" for $55.00.
Is a re-manufactured axle a complete assembly; e.g., does it include grease-packed joints and new boots and clamps, etc., along with the heavy steel shaft?
Also, what additional parts must (or should) be replaced in the process of
replacing the axle?
I have e-mailed cvaxles.com and hope to hear from them but I'd also like to hear from someone who's gone through the process.
Thanks for any & all replies.
Dale
