1977 sedan - Did 400 miles in 4.5 hours across North Dakota in 1991 with this bad boy and got 36 mpg.

I'm on my first, with the 91 SS. Hope to pick up an other Subaru somewhere down the line.
A close friend of mine is on her second. She had a 92 SVX (LS-L) when I met her, but her boyfriend at the time beat the hell out of it in FWD mode, and the front diff finally gave when I was driving it back from doing the plugs for her.
Now she's got a 93 FWD Impreza sedan (got it for $500 and her POS corsica in trade as the tax and tags).
My uncle had an old 85 GL wagon, and by the time he sold it, the thing was four different colors, but still ran great with nearly 300k on it.
My mom's got a 2000 Forester.
I know it was supposed to be me, but I thought I'd add my family's Subarus too

My Mom had a '84 hatch (dl, gl?) for a while growing up. This started my Suby obsession.
I have my '92 SS.
Had a '98 Forester S.
Looking for either a GT or touring wagon, 2.5 GT wagon, Outback wagon, or another Forester for the wife.

The family had a 86 or so 4dr DL and a 80 somthin GL 2dr, they replaced a Camero and a Mustang with the suby's.. The 92 Legacy L wagon was my first. Now I'm sportin' the 05 2.5RS Wagon. And I'd really like a Forrester XT or Legacy GT wagon sooner than later.

and my 92 L sedan, AWD. yay!
It (the 92) has a name now.. I call it:
Second Chance.
Why?
Well, it's got the 91 engine in there.. (2nd chance #1)
and a 2nd AT that was just put in.. (2nd chance #2)
W00t!

My mom used to have a 92 SVX Lsi.... bought it for an UNBELIEVEABLE $12,500 OUT THE DOOR in September of 92!!!
Unfortunately, that car was totalled by a driver coming over into her lane

i'm on number one- 1990 legacy turbo conversion
my family has way to many (my dad has a been a subaru mechanic for about 28 years
) we've had everything except a forester, a XT and a SVX
