Whole bunch of stuff done this weekend

Well it was a pretty productive weekend. I got a lot of stuff done, and some different stuff, so I'm going to put everything here.
I finally got the rear strut tower brace in. I ended up having to bend the bracket on the one side so it would fit. It looks as if they sent me two right side brackets instead of a left and right.......or that's just how they were made.....either way i did bend it. I guess you could say that doesn't make for a very stiff STB.....but it does help.
I angled it so it would allow my box to sit back further. Here's some pics

Next on the hit parade was the long awaited brake swap stuff. I finally put on the 1 1/16" bore MC to reduce the pedal travel increase I got when swapping to the WRX brakes. Plus I put on the legacy wagon prop valve to help balance out the frontward bias'd braking that the WRX swap added. One thing to note, looks like the wagon valve had a purple rubber band on it, and the sedan's had a blue one. To top it all off I put on the MRT brake booster brace. Let me tell you that has to be the biggest pain in the ass to put on. It didn't line up correctly, I had to round out the one hole to get all four bolts to fit, plus one of the bolts, the tip got stripped. It took me as long to do that one thing as it did to put both the MC & prop valve in. Thank goodness for those craftsman ratcheting wrenches. Was it worth it. I measured how much travel the MC/booster had without the brace. It was around 50 thousandths of an inch. With the brace on, the MC & booster still moved, however since I was measuring off the brace piece before, and the brace was moving now, the after measurement wasn't as exact, but I'd say it probably cut the MC travel in half, so somwhere around 23-25 thousandths of an inch of movement.
The results.....it's a little too soon to tell, but pedal is very firm. I need to get some more driving time in to fully determine how things are. With the crappy re92's I had on with the WRX rims.....I could lock the fronts up pretty easily.
