false advertising?

I don't own a turbo car, and I'm not even thinking of buying this "kit" on ebay, but isn't there are lot of things wrong with this ebay ad?

What a load of crap, that guy can't even spell.
Lets see whats wrong with that auction:
high flow exhaust system=factory system, I don't think so
that intake will not fit our cars
who knows the condition of the "400hp" turbocharger
I dont see that bolting onto anything but a WRX or an STi
The whole thing is just stupid. I wanna smack people like that.
