Is that in a 100% stock, non tuned, 3.0R sedan?
If so, then that doesn't seem too bad for a stock car. =)

Yep, that's a stock run.

Wow, I guess I suck! 9:02:179
Actually, that's not that bad since I don't own the game and that was like my 4th time ever around the ring.

I did a couple laps yesterday and my best was like a 8'52.??? or something like that (I have the exact time written down at home, but forgot to post it last night).
I know I can go faster, but I don't know the track all that well yet (it's hard to memorize a 12+ mile course) and at nearly 9 minutes per attempt it's a bit of work...hehe...now I see why we picked Midfield raceway instead on the NASIOC SE forums.
BTW, is everyone who has posted using the DS2 (DualShock 2) controller or do any of you have the DF or DF Pro wheels instead? (I'm using the DS2 controller myself.)

Whew! And I was proud of my 00:08:54:064 time! Ok. Ok. I dunno where I'm gonna find 20 more seconds, but it's gotta be there somewhere!

Damn it I cant get any better than 8:43 something. Can we do a shorter track next time?

Yeah, did the ring 3 times last night. 1st time was the first complete lap of the place. 2nd was a 9 flat, 3rd started screwing around.
Can we get a turbo Leggy next time around? Stuck going 114 uphill?? My car doesn't do that.
I propose the lightest 2.0GT Legacy they list in Midfield Raceway. But of course, that is for further discussion.

Like something that doesnt take you eight minutes then you mess up one turn and you have to start over...

Something like Special stage 5 or 11. Both of those are good tracks.

Why do you have to start over? Are you going through the world circuit? What about Tokyo R246? Or Fuji Speedway 90's. That makes more sense to me than an american course.

I think the next competition should be Le Mans

I'll beat that tonight.
We need to have a "pro-stock" race, where anything non-power adding goes for mods (i.e. Suspension and dynamics tuning).

Absolutely. Also use a slightly more powerful car next time...

I did some groundskeeping 3 times.
I think we should have a rally course challenge too.
