FINALLY I am getting a 1992 EJ22T longblock shipped to me from BC. My car has been out of commision for a few months now and It will run good again in no time. Anyways, I would love to run a VF39 on it with a full 3"TBE...will this be enough exhaust mods to accomadate this beast of a turbo? and damn will this go like hell?

Three inches should be enough. Hell, that is standard fare for STI/WRX with that turbo.

But your injectors are not going to be able to handle that turbo.

that turbo spools like none other. its really nice but you have 2 options wiht it though. you can build a 90 degree inlet for it (refer to magicmike's album on thawas site) and make adjustments to the oil line or you can fabricate a tiwst and make adjustments to the oil line. twist costs more but takes less time over all. it also gives you the option of going external wastegate.

in both cases i recomend going fmic right away. using stock size boost control line id's will be too large to fit snugly over the nipples on the turbo. this will result in a steady 14psi on stock boost control.

i actualy liked the 39 driveabilty better than the 16g but id take the 16g over the 39 because in the end its faster.

your stock fuel system will be fine. least mine was and is
