Hi People, just got the tools from Buffalo (I am in toronto) and found this at the auto accss. shop. Nic Sand......it said it will do the polish to the clear plastic.

Just gives it a try and it really remove the yellow flim cover on my headlight.

This product come with 6 air cooled form pads and the back up pad. Just put it into the household drill and sand it onto the lens.

I did mine in about 15mins for both headlight and it comes out with good result. With this porduct I don't have to take off the lens to do the sanding.

This porduct cost me $12US and It really worth it.

Sorry that I don't have the digital camera in hand before I did the sanding, so can't have a pics with before and after compair.
Here is the info and the model that I use onto my lens, since this company have different model for different part of car.

Nic-Sand 5 minute Clear Plastic Restorer
Model# : POL-600

I did the brake fluid/toothpaste method about a month ago (took like 10 mins for each side) and the headlights are just as clear now as when I did them, which is one heckuva lot better than before the operation
