Should I crimp off my crankcase breather hoses?

Cause I broke some ringlands or blew a hole in a piston. So I am pressurising my crankcase and blowing alot of oil back into my intake. I will be rebuilding the motor soon, but I don't like looking like a smoking steam engine as I drive down the road. And as well as the rallycross coming up this Sunday.

Maybe you could make a catch can or something for it - there's a lot of pressure and pulsing going on there under normal circumstances to have no vent. Hell, you can't even have a subwoofer enclosed without a vent so I wouldn't want to see an engine.
From the vault of useless information: later steam cars used condensers to recycle the steam back into water so they wouldn't smoke.

Crimp off? Do you mean you're considering plugging the crankcase? That's a bad idea, I think... you need some way to at least relieve crankcase pressure. Otherwise, wouldn't you eventually start popping oil seals?

True, I hadnt thought about the general aspect of the crankcase ventelation. Just embarrassing to have so much smoke coming out of your tailpipe every single time you shift.
Just amazing how much power I still have for such a damaged engine. (or at least I am assuming it is fairly damaged for the fact that smoke billows out the intake! when the BOV activates!).
