I got mine from National Tyres

Mine only needed the back box and middle section, but they do do the full system.

Perhaps you should have :D

I did have the address of a place that does a full CAT free system in Stainless steel but it wasn`t cheap (£500ish I seem to recall) I`ll try and find it out for you

The only peeps Ive seen that do ANY performance exhausts only do them for the turbo and theres only 2 ive found after a LOT of trawling, Mongoose sell a full system at £500ish [reasonable looking but the last one I had on a golf had mild steel hanging brackets (on a stainless exhaust!) which are now quite rusted and was a complete nightmare to fit and seal (and I do know how to fit one I assure you)] and Scoobyworld do a few different (expensive) options.
Must admit to being a wee bit miffed to how little mods in any shape or form there are for legacies of any kind when you consider they launched Subarus image on the rally scene.
By the way, any idea what exhaust parts would fit from an impreza?
And where in Lancs lol?

Well, i don't live in england, but i do have friends over there that work a lot with MG rally cars. www.m3motorsport.co.uk

Maybe a rally shop could custom build one for you chaps. :)

Getting a custom exhaust is alright if you happen to be made out of money or have a tree of the stuff in your back garden and judging by the fact that we own legacies instead of impreza's one could assume we have neither lol. Another problem with custom builds are that they are just guestimated systems that could do as much harm as good, unlikely you may say but I dont personally like the idea of letting someone just guess whats best when Im paying for it.

Not usually. They tend to be about the same or lower in price.

Unlikely i DO say! if you can find a competent builder they can easily build you the system thats best for your application. Guessing is what's done by inexperienced hacks who don't know how to do research.

But to each their own. i believe that MRT still makes or has a pattern for your car.

I agree that any exhaust can do harm as well as good. A recent review of race exhausts for Yamaha bikes showed performance losses from some pipes and gains on others. It just shows that you can't guarantee gains just because you have a 'performance' pipe...
