I just got home from Crofton Maryland, where I just purchased my first Motorcycle :)

It's a 1999 Honda CBR600 F4.

It's got some scratches and what not, but it's in good shape overall. It just needs a little love.

I pick it up Saturday night and I'll get pics of it then :). It definately needs a bath and a shine job, but I'm really really stoked about it :)

That is all :)

Sweet! Sounds like a more than adequate beginner bike, and will still be really quick when you want it to be. :D

Hopefully not too killer - I don't want to have to call dibs on any of your stuff! Watch those cellphone women.

Sounds like a blast. Friend of mine is picking up a bike soon, he got the jacket before the bike so I was laughing at him. Seemed like buying driving shoes before owning a car.

A Honda? Is it a V-TEC? Ha Ha

That's a pretty nice ride. I love the stupid coments people always have to make about how dangerous bikes are. The most random people feel like they have to tell me it's dangerous, because maybe I didn't know?

Over half of the people killed on bikes had been drinking.....

Those that don't involve booze are mostly under 35mph and also involve a car/truck.

"those things are so fast, they must be dangerous." I get sick of it but laugh. What's dangeroud is the stupid fucks I have to share the road with.

oh, if that's how we're playing it, i want the rest of the car, then. It'll make a great lawn ornament, even without the engine.

Take it easy out there. Always, always, always wear your gear. Stunting and knee-dragging is for closed course. You're plenty smart, it doesn't hurt to say it again though.

I have every intention to wear my gear all of the time :). I'm very very very adament about that :). I look badass in my gear, so I'm pretty inclined to wear it :)
