I know Phil did this on his own, but it was also mentioned somewhere that some company was thinking of starting to make them as well. Here is one that I've found already: Rear Shifter Bushing found here.

I ordered a set earlier today. Did you much of a difference? I know Phil seemed to notice a drastic one.

I really didn't notice too much of a difference, a little, but not as drastic as the front kartboy bushings.

I had a wrx rear bushing before, so my old rear bushing might have been in better shape then Phil's.

You will more then likely have to remove the shifter linkage to get this bushing in.

Yeah, after doing the tranny swap on my brother's car, I don't know how I'd get that thing in without removing the linkage. That's ok, though. It isn't a hard thing to do.

I guess I ought to get the front bushings as well, huh?

I noticed a HUGE difference, but my bushing has ZERO compliance, and the kartboy bushing has some.

I'm running the Energy front bushing, and I think the Kartboy is slightly more compliant than that as well.

Ask Matt or Vikash about how my car clunks into gear. It feels good.

You need to remove your exhaust to get to this, 2 12mm bolts just unbolt it from the car, pull the shifter down, and pop the bushing off of the end.

I don't know how the Kartboy bushing bolts up though.

Kartboy sweats my style yo.

The kartboy front bushing can be installed without removing the exhaust. It's a two piece design.
