wiring for gas guage

would anyone happen to know what each color does that leads into the fuel pump? there are 5 wires i just need to know what ones are for the gas guage and if one of them should have power to it or not? my car is a 90 legacy N\A FWD, AUTO. if someone has a wiring diagram it would be great.

if anyone needs to know i got the gas guage working it is the brown and yellow wire just connected a new wire from the front to the pump and presto my gas guage was working again.

The pump and the level indicator are two separate dealies, bro. The round one, with rotary-patterned screws is the fuel sender, whilst the oblong, 6x9 speaker-shaped hatch is for your actual fuel pump.
