Have you checked the resistor inside the dash?

No. Where in the dash is it located, and what does it look like?

if you pull the glove box it's pretty much directly in front of you. It's inside the evaporator box.

You need part number 72024AA000... I replaced mine 2 weeks ago, and the part was $50 at the dealership...

What is it and where is it located?

It's a resistor, and it's located behind the glove box. It's white, and it has some wires plugged into it. It takes less than 10 minutes to replace it.

I tested each of the termonals inside that plug with the key on and the blower switch on and I don't have power in any of them. That's kinda why I ruled that resistor out. I checked the two fuses under the dash in the fuse box and there ok. I don't have power at the blower motor either. Any thoughts?

Hey guys, I found my problem. It took a while, but it turned out to be a Relay on the drivers side above the fuse box.

Oh, duh, the main fan relay... I shoulda thought of that. Sorry about that.
Nice work figuring it out. Did you have to get a new relay for lots of money from a dealer, or is there an aftermarket replacement?

I was lucky. I have a 90 LS wagon parts car. It had the same relay.
