This isn't even worth debating. The only people that're self-conscious enough to worry about east vs. west coast are the east coast guys

yeah I was referring to the Feed and Speed, it was money, well the feeding last night, the feeding today, the speeding, except the ride home...
...I'm sorry guys, I just tried to get us to avoid the strip with all the idling and blah but it just didn't work out right. Next time I wont lead us away from 15, or anywhere for that matter.

On a lighter note, I pulled a 17.0 quarter mile in a FWD E-prepped SVX (!!!

!!!) with a transmission that let out on me while I was CATCHING UP to the Mustang I was racing against.
oh and my N/A wagon does the quarter consistantly in 18.1

Dont't worry about the whole getting lost thing.
All in all it was a blast, and personally I enjoyed leaking coolant all over that nice little neighborhood.
It was a bonus to see the people stand out on their porches and watch us especially when we left and made some noise.

By the way I just wanted to say thanks again to Matt for letting us crash at his place.
And thanks and props to Vikash. You came, you intercooled, it broke, you jimmy rigged, you fixed.
And thanks to everyone else, because basically everybody had a hand in getting the leg back to working conditions.

That's not even close to as many cars there in that pic. Oh and there wasn't only impreza there either obviously.
I count a Baja and 6 Legacy's in the first 4-5 rows alone.

Thats 1/4 of the parking lot.
Anyhow... yes, we know your penis is larger.. i mean, we know your subaru meets are better than ours.
Oh, but wait... where are your guy's off-road park at the feed and sleep?
Didnt see anything like that in all the video of your meet

Feed and Sleep?! How dare you!
We had a 1/4 mile drag strip at the Feed and
Speed. It never was about off roading thanks you very much.
Oh and did you organize that above meet all by your lonesome? Oh wait, that's right, you're not even an organizer of the WCSS.
So how 'bout before you diss my meet, lets see what you can throw together all by yourself.

Oh, im sorry... i didnt know you organized that meet all on your lonesum little self.
Well, you did a fine job of talking shit about the west coast. And a 1/4 mile??? Im so proud.
The meet i organized consisted of 3 Impreza's, 2 Turbo Leg's and my RX. That and a 170mile round trip. That would be 680 quarter miles.

I was pretty sure that for the record, none of our shit talking is serious, it's been explained before that it's just playful banter, lets take the maturity level out of junior high here.
Matt's meet kicked ass, it spawned 3-4 threads with videos, bragging, and extended to other forums and included a bunch of subaru enthuiasts from Mass down to Virginia, from Ohio to New Jersey. He does an excellent job and nobody can complain. The Feed and Speed includes a shop night with a visit to a Mongolian BBQ, breakfast the next morning, 6 hours of spending time at the track testing and tuning, along with a great amount of spirited driving, hitting back roads, losing forum members, laughing, having a good time, going on a hill climb and lots of other stuff.
You brought 6 cars on 3 hours of driving, you had a good time, great. Nobody is dissing your meet, or you unless you want to bring it upon you.
Oh and it is "lonesome" as in "Lonesome Dove" or "The Lonesome, Ostracized Forum Member Who Couldn't Take a Joke"
I started this thread to basically brag, comment, and carry on about how much fun our meet was, hell I did it when I got home from the BBQ after finding out that N/A 4EAT Legacies actually have a 118MPH speed limiter on them (on a nice big brand new 2 lane open highway with no other vehicles on it, but I did street race in a school zone once) at 2 AM after installing Phil's WRX IC. What does that have to do with anything? Absolutely nothing.

Looked like a fun little meet.
Only reason I had to chime in was cause someone (cant remember who now) said the EAst Coast is better than the west coast.
Well... i think ive already made my point clear.
