People who have been on here like 3 days already have like 50,000 posts...

Being an engineering major with a job and a car that neds to be built doesn't help either, along with being on four other forums.

I have a job that I do 45-50 hrs a week at, I'm on about 10 other forums, and I have 3 cars (soon to be 4... oh wait, did I say that out loud? Damn! )

But I'm a writing major, so that might explain it :)

I'm an engineering major, with a job, and 2 cars in need of perpetual maintainence/mods. But I don't work during the semester very much, just projects here and there when my boss needs something.

There's another forum (computer related) that I'm a mod on, and there's one guy who joined in 2000 and started posting like crazy -- and posts in the General Discussion forum (Ashtray equivalent) don't tally, so he was legitimately helping people out. He became the forum admin about a year ago (at between 40,000 and 45,000 posts, lol), and when he was about to hit 50,000 posts, he reset his post count to around 4,000 because he doesn't like people to judge by post count, and he didn't want people to be clebrating his 50,000th post. But before that he had about 23 posts per day, sustained, over five and a half years.
