Just recently my front passenger side door lock screetches quite loudly when it gets lock. Then a second after it locks, it makes this weird noise that sounds like something is.. well, picture a diving board after someone jumped off and how it vibrates, thats what it kinda sounds like. Any ideas? No I didn't take the door off.. I dont even know how. Is a replacement costly? That's prolly a stupid question

Sounds like a rod or something must have popped off somewhere and is jamming up. Might just be a little clip.

pull off that door panel (3 screws around the speaker plus the handle screws, maybe the sail panel and then pry) and take a look, it's pretty easy to see if anything is obviously wrong

the speaker ones are located around the speker trim in plain sight, the handle ones are located behind the foam in that little circle thing next to the handle, just rip that stuff our gently and the other one is located behind the trim piece directly below the handle on the body of the door
note: i'm not talking about the openy handle, i'm talking about the closey handle, the openy one trim needs to be removed too but do that carefully
i'll try to get a pic up, it's pretty obvious when you do it

"openy" handle trim has three tabs to pry: top, bottom, and front (relating to car)

It helps to pop the top and bottom tabs on the openy handle with a thin screw driver. Push the top tab up and the bottom tab down. Then you can just pop the front one off.
