Top Gear on The Discovery Channel

How does the Discovery Channel get it right but Speed TV makes me want to kick my TV. I finally had a moment to watch TV this evening and I find Speed has some NASCAR crap and some new Reality shows that make me want to remove Speed from my channel presets. But what do I see on DC, an Apache trying to get radar lock on a Lotus Exige by following it around a racetrack. Sa-frikken-weet.

That Konigsegg car is amazing, I'm so glad I turned on the TV this evening. First Top Gear then Futurama, what an evening.

I've also got a good collection of Top Gear eps, and some of this was new. Yahoo! TV also said that the original airdate was June 6, 2004.

One thing i did notice is that they were making it for an american audience, which JC even mentioned once, and they had text currency translations at a few points.

I hope they do more of this, but i'll still keep downloading my BBC eps every Sunday night :)

i can not say enough how awesome that was watching the apache try to get a close range missile lock on the exige. that car should only be made in black.
