I am going to be installing a VF8 on my SS and was wondering if a Saab 900 IC would cool be enough to safely run stock boost or if i should complete my AWIC system. I am trying to get some feedback from people who have used Saab 900 TMIC with VF8s or TDO5 16gs.
I already have a complete Saab 900 setup for my car and would only have to get a new pipe bent up for between the turbo and the intercooler.
On the other hand I have a JDM AWIC in which to complete i would need to buy the plumbing from the turbo to the intercooler, pump(johnson CM30P7-1), and radiators(2 B&M stacked plate tranicoolers), and the necessary hoses.
I usually drive around town without much stop and go traffic and I frequently drive in the mountains.

Any Feedback would be great!

The Saab 900 should be ok for stock boost. I run one with my 16G and have used it up to 16 psi but that is really, really pushing its limits.

The awic setup would be better though and allow you to run a bit more boost then the Saab.
