brake swap

is it possible to swap legacy breaks and hubs on to a 1986 gl sport so that i have a 5 bolt patern insted of 4?

The way the legacy works, the lug bolts are attached to the hub and the brakes slide over the lub bolts, this means that you have to have the right number of holes in the brake disk/drum so that it will go over top of the the lub bolts. Provided the GL and XT6 are the same, which I'm assuming they are, by changing the brakes you will do nothing for the number of lug bolts and therefor, no, WRX rims will NOT fit. You're trying to make something happen that was not meant to be done easily.

skid, he said he is changing the hubs. xt6 hubs are 5x100 and bolt up to the old style.
