Can this be done by simply swapping the parts? I know the front end is a little off, but what about the back end?

Phil claims it's possible, but his "proof" is just looking at the two cars.
What do you mean by "a little off?" The front end can be converted completely over if you swap all the bolt-on pieces.

simple answer is NO.
The rear quarter panel where the lights are recessed are different shapes. Unless you want to reweld a 92-94 rear quarter panel in.....(even then, no gaurantees)...I'd pass.
